Customer Sales Advisor - Parttime / Fulltime

As a sales executive you are responsible for advising our customers during the process of purchasing their new bike by phone. You know how to translate the wishes of the customer into suitable products. 


You strive to achieve customer satisfaction with the ultimate goal to take away all doubts from the potential buyers and successfully close a sale. For every sale you make you get a number of bonus points which you can use to boost your monthly bonus! In this role, you can recruit, retain and enrich your consumers on inbound, outbound and chat. You will grow along with the company by constantly challenging yourself and working on yours and our efficiency.

Do we have a match?

  • You are a sales talent who is looking to start a sales career within a growing young e-commerce company
  • Experience in the bicycle industry or sales is not important; a great deal of enthusiasm, and learning ability is much more important 
  • You are fluent in Danish and English, both in word and in writing
  • You are Available for 16 - 40 hours a week
  • You are ready for a new challenge that starts as soon as possible!
